摘 要:为保障食品安全检测质量,加强食品监管,本文基于原子吸收光谱仪的相关概念,对食品中应用原子吸收光谱仪的必要性展开分析,同时对原子吸收光谱仪在动物源类食品、农产品、乳制品检测中的具体应用以及原子吸收光谱仪的日常维护方法进行了详细研究,以此突出食品领域中原子吸收光谱仪的使用价值。

Analysis on the Application of Atomic Absorption Spectrometer in Food and Daily Maintenance Countermeasures

Abstract: In order to ensure the quality of food safety detection and strengthen food supervision, based on the relevant concepts of atomic absorption spectrometer, this paper analyzes the necessity of applying atomic absorption spectrometer in food, and studies in detail the specific application of atomic absorption spectrometer in the detection of animal derived food, agricultural products and dairy products, as well as the daily maintenance methods of atomic absorption spectrometer, so as to highlight the use value of atomic absorption spectrometer in the field of food.
