智能制造背景下“机电一体化技术”专业人才培养模式研究

摘 要：智能制造技术不断发展，企业对机电一体化技术人才要求不断提升，对机电一体化技术专业人才技能也有了新的要求，文章在分析机电一体化技术人才培养现状基础上，从人才培养目标、课程体系、教学模式、“三教改革”等角度提出了智能制造背景下“机电一体化技术”专业人才培养策略。

Research on the Training Mode of "Mechatronics Technology" Professionals in the Context of Intelligent Manufacturing

Abstract：With the continuous development of intelligent manufacturing technology， the requirements of enterprises for mechatronics technical talents are constantly improving， and there are also new requirements for the skills of mechatronics technology professionals. Based on the analysis of the current situation of mechatronics technology talent training， this paper puts forward the training strategy of "mechatronics technology" professionals in the context of intelligent manufacturing from the perspectives of talent training objectives， curriculum system， teaching mode， and "three education reforms".

1 机电一体化技术专业人才需求情况

1.1 智能制造产业蓬勃发展

2015年，国务院发布实施制造强国战略第一个十年行动纲领《中国制造2025》，提出“人才是建设制造强国的根本，通过建立健全科学合理的选人、用人、育人机制，加快培养制造业发展急需的专业技术人才、经营管理人才、技能人才”。（剩余3999字）
