【Abstract】Theautomotive industry isundergoing profound changes in electrification，intellgence andconnectivity. Newbusinessforms havegiven rise toanurgent demand for compound talents.However，there isastructural imbalance betweenthesupplyanddemandof talentsat present.Thetraditional trainingmodelagsbehind technological development，and therearealso bariers to talent mobility.Thisarticle mainlyexplores theinteractiverelationship between theinnovationof talentcultivationmodelsintheautomotiveindustryandtalent mobility，analyzes themechanism by whichthetwowork insynergyonindustrial development，and proposes diversifiedcultivationpathsandoptimization plans for mobility mechanisms，providing talent support ideas for industrial transformation and upgrading.
