【Abstract】This articleaims at the fault problemof node loss in the vehicle-mounted remotecommunication terminal,andusesthefishbonediagramanalysismethodtoconductinvestigationsfromthedimensionsofmaterials, personnel,equipment,and environment.By testing theperformance of the eMMC memory,troubleshoting factors such as prolonged poweroutages,personnel operations,hightemperatures inreflow soldering,andabnormal poweroutages,it was ultimatelydeterminedthattherealcausewasabnormalpoweroutages,hichled tothelossofdataintheeMMCpartition andsubsequentlycaused the mounting failure.Basedonthis,optimization measuresare proposed from the levelsof prevention,hardware,softwareand system,toprovidereferencesforthedevelopmentofautomotivecontrollersandthe troubleshootingofafter-sales faults.
