【Abstract】Toaddress thewrinkling issuecausedbythethermal shrinkageofheatshrinkabletubesatthevertical bendof aluminum bars，this paper establishesamathematical modelof the heatshrinkable tubecovering the vertical bend of aluminumbars，deeplyanalyzes the fundamentalcausesof thewrinklingof the heatshrinkable tubeatthevertical bend，andthroughtheoreticalcalculations，finallydetermines theaxialshrinkagerateoftheheatshrinkabletuberquired to eliminate the wrinklingatthe vertical bendand itis verified through theactual heatshrinkage effect.
