【Abstract】The new energy electricvehicle market has reported isses with theundercharging of12Vlow-voltage bateries.Due to the numerouscontrolunits in electricvehicles,high staticcurrentconsumptionduring vehicle standby, andpoorusage habitsamongsomecustomers,thebateryispronetodepletion,ultimatelypreventing thevehiclefrom achieving high-voltage power-up.This paper proposes a method that uses the Body Control Module(BCM)and Vehicle ControlUnit(VCU)astheprimarycontrollers toenableautomatic bateryrecharge duringhigh-voltagesystemactivation. The systemautomatically monitors the12V battry status during vehicle parking.When thepreset recharge threshold is met,the VCU activates the power battery and DC-DC converter to recharge the 12V battery.
