【Abstract】Thearticle designsa high-voltage PTC control system fornew energy vehicles.Its control circuit ison the high-voltage sideand isolates theCANcircuit from thecommunicationcircuitof thecontrol system.Thiscontrol systemhasapower-off holding function,whichcan beusedforPTCfaulthandling.Thecontrolsystem realizes overvoltage,undervoltage,andovercurentprotectionfunctionsthroughbothhardwareandsoftware.Thecontrolsystem divides thepower circuitintotwo,which improves thereliabilityofthepowerdevicewhilereducing thetransient inrush current.Verifiedbythe simulated vehicle test.

0 引言

正温度系数(Positive TemperatureCoefficient,PTC)加热器是新能源汽车采暖系统的核心,行业内对PTC加热器的功率控制,普遍采用继电器挡位分级控制,当前控制方式既无法实现PTC加热器功率的自动线性调节,又对能源供给消耗极大,使新能源汽车发展受到限制。(剩余3725字)
