【Abstract】Thisarticleaddresses the issue ofinsuficientresearchonthesafetyof high-voltage wiring harnesses in collsion scenariosof new energyvehiclesandproposesasafetydetermination methodthatintegratesmulti-scaletestsand simulationanalysis.Firstly,bylayer-by-layeranalysisofthemechanicalpropertiesofhigh-voltagewireharness materials,a twocomponent equivalentfiniteelementmodelisestablished;secondly,adedicated extrusion testingdevice is designed totestthewireharnessesprotectedbycorugated tubesandanti-cuting cloth.Finally,bycomparingthe vehicle collision simulation and test thresholds,a criterion system with a 10% safety margin was established to provide a reference for the safety design of high-voltagewiring harnesses.
