【Abstract】 With the development of new energy vehicles，an increasing number of power bateries are facing retirement，whiletraditionalmanualdisassemblymethodsforpowerbatteriesareinefcientandposesafetyrisks.With the advancementof technologiessuchasartificial intelligence，theintelligent disassemblyofpower bateriesaligns withthe principlesofintelligentandgreen development.Thispaperelaboratesontheoveralldesignschemeof intelligent disassemblyforpower bateries，the design ofkeysubsystems，and thesoftware design of the disassembly system.
