【Abstract】Theautomotive industry is transforming towards electrification,intelligence and connectivity,which puts forwardhigherrequirementsforthetalentstructureand managementmodel.Thecurrenttraditionalhumanresource managementmodelisinsufficientlyadaptable,andthereisashortageof highlyskilledtalents,whichrestrictsindustrial upgradingand international competitiveness.Thisarticlemainlyanalyzes thecurrent situationofhumanresource management in theautomotive industryandthe demand forhigh-skiled talentcultivation.Itexplores thepathof highskilld talent cultivationfromthreeaspects:internalenterprisetraining,school-enterprisecooperation,and internationalizedcultivation,providing areference for theautomotive industry toaddress talentchallenges.
