【Abstract】Theautomotive industry is transforming towards electrification，intelligence and connectivity，which puts forwardhigherrequirementsforthetalentstructureand managementmodel.Thecurrenttraditionalhumanresource managementmodelisinsufficientlyadaptable，andthereisashortageof highlyskilledtalents，whichrestrictsindustrial upgradingand international competitiveness．Thisarticlemainlyanalyzes thecurrent situationofhumanresource management in theautomotive industryandthe demand forhigh-skiled talentcultivation.Itexplores thepathof highskilld talent cultivationfromthreeaspects：internalenterprisetraining，school-enterprisecooperation，and internationalizedcultivation，providing areference for theautomotive industry toaddress talentchallenges.
