【Abstract】With theriseof thefull-width tailight tobecome themainstreamofautomotive styling design，itslight distribution mirr has caused dual technical botlenecks ofappearance defectsand surface cracking of themold gate due toitsextremely long size.Thearticle firstfocuses ontheoptimizationof thegateappearance，delvesdeeplyinto the strategiesforreducingthegatesizeandthesidegateschemes，andclarifiestheimplementationprerequisitesfortheangle adaptationof the invertedmolddesignandthe shielding of peripheralcomponents.Secondly，focusingon thesurface crackingissue，amulti-factor improvementsystemisconstructed fromthedual dimensionsof stressregulationand structural strengthening，covering multiple measuressuchas injectionmolding parameteroptimization，welding process control，andmaterialselectionupgrade.Finally，theoptimizationefectofthegatewasverifiedthroughatwo-stage subjective evaluation of digital modelsand physical objects.Aimingattheproblem ofsurfacecracking，the limitationsof traditionalverificationwerebroken through，andacomprehensiveverificationschemeintegrating long-termwiping with high-concentration alcohol，high-temperature environment simulationand vehicle instalation testing was proposed.
