【Abstract】Theoperating conditionsof heavy trucksare harsh（high temperature，high humidity，strong vibration， etc.），and the headamps areprone to problems such as water ingressand fogging，bulb damage，mask aging，coating peelingoff ofthelightdistributionmirror，and failureof lightadjustment.Thisarticlefocuseson themainfailuremodes existing in the headlampsof heavycommercialvehiclesduring use，analyzes their failure mechanisms，and proposes improvement measures，can efectively enhance thereliabilityof theheadlamps，which isconducivetoensuring driving safety and reducing after-sales costs.
