【Abstract】The development of in-vehicle navigation system is closely related to the advancement of wireless communication technology，andthetraditionalnavigationmoderelyingonofline mapsandperiodicupdates isdificultto meetthe intellgentandreal-timetrafficdemand.The maturityof technologiessuchas5G，V2X，andedgecomputinghas made it posible to processhigh-precisionand low-latencyreal-timedata，and improved the dynamic responsecapability ofthenavigationsystem.Therefore，thispaperdiscusses the wirelesscommunicationarchitectureandreal-timedata updatingstrategyinin-vehiclenavigationsystems，withaview toprovidingtheoreticalsupportforthetechnical optimization and standardization of intelligent transportation systems.
