【Abstract】The design and optimization of the Batery Management System for electric vehicles(EVs)are crucial for ensuring the performance,safety,and lifespanofEVpower bateries.TheBMSenhances theoveralleficiencyandsafety of EVsbyreal-time monitoringandcontrollng the batery'sstate.This study provides adetailed discussiononthedesign elementsof theBMS,including hardwaredesign,softwarecontrol strategies,safetyprotectionmeasures,and performance optimizationstrategies.Furthermore,itproposesoptimization methods for both hardwareandsoftware,aswell as improvement measures forthermal managementandsystem integration toenhance theperformanceandreliabilityof the BMS.Theefectivenessof theoptimization strategies isverified through comprehensiveperformance testingand evaluation,offering theoreticalandpractical supportforthedesignanddevelopmentofEVbatterymanagement systems.
