【Abstract】Thisarticle conducts research on communication faultssuch as black screenand abnormal reversing camera during theoperationof intelligent connected vehicle machines.Byanalyzing the fault phenomenon，combining the working principleof theIVIhost，troubleshoting the hardwareand peripheral circuits，andusing simulationexperiments and tool analysis，it was determined that the cause of the fault was the switching of the I2C data packaging mode of the camera chip，which exceeded thesupport range of the host.To thisend，optimization schemes such asadding the error judgment logic of I2C are proposed to effectively solve the communication congestion problem.The troubleshooting rules of such faultsare summarized to provide a reference for the handling of vehicle-mounted communication faults.
