【Abstract】Aiming at the response delay problem of traditional sensor technology，the study systematically analyzes theinnovation mechanism of multi-physical fieldsensing technology，andelaboratesthe highdynamicresponse characteristicsof micro-electromechanical system（MEMS）inertial sensors，theprincipleof stresswavedetectionof piezoelectriccolisionsensors，andthesynergisticsensing mechanismof thefusionarchitectureofradar-vision-inertial measurementunitsByoptimizing thesensor signal procesing linkandcolisionpredictionalgorithm，thesystem trigger delayissignificantlyreduced.
