Abstract：Intecontextofdepeningreformandcootativedevelopmentofhighereducation，newlyupgadedunversitiesareacing anurgentneedtoclarifthedirectionofeducationandimprovethequalityofeducation.Thisstudytakestheconceptofholisticeducationasitscore，deplyanalyzesthetheoreticallogicandpracticalpathofconstructingtheeducatioalterminologsysteminewlyupgradeduniversitiesandexploresitsinnovativeodeofintegrationwithcounselorsudios.Troughsystematicresearchonultipledimensionssuchaseducationalgoals，educationalsystems，andeducational practices，wehaveconstructedaneducationalteiology systemthatisinlinwithtedvelopmentcharacteristicsofewlyupgradeduiversitis.Thoughclearjbsponsibilis，pte grationofpractice，andinnovativeworkmechanisms，ehaveachievedanorganic inkagebetwntheeducationalteminologysystem andcounselorstudios.Thisresearchaims toprovideteoreticalsupprtandpracticalreferenceforoptimizingtheducationmodeand cultivating hig-qualitytalentsfornewlyupgradeduniversities，ndtoelpthemachieveighqualitydevelopmentinthenwraof higher education.
