Abstract:Codificationisalegislativeactivitytoorganizelawsandconstructasystem.Thecodificationoftheeducationcoderequires theselectionofaconstructiveeducationcodemodelasthebodystructure.Theselectionofcoretemsshouldbecenteredonhreeaspects:thecodificationexperienceoftheCivilCode,thevalueconnotationoftheters extractedfromtheConstitutionndothreparatelawsoneducatio,andtedegreeofompletenessoftesystmofgneralprovisios.Theecoretersaeselected“educatioal legalrelationship”basedotelegalatributesofeducation,“ducationallegalbehavior”basedontecharacterofthcoetes, and“educational legal responsibility”based on the degree of completeness of the general rules system.
