Abstract：Thenonstandardterm“feiyiculture”（literally“IntangibleCulturalHeritageculture"”）hasbeenwidely misused insocial communication.“Feiyi”isthestandardized ChineseabbreviationforIntangibleCultural Heritage（ICH）andinherentlyencopaes culturalatributes.Tephase“feiiculture”issmanticallydundantandconceptuallyinaccurate，leadingtoonfusiontatuder minesthesientificerence，stematicitegrityndologcaligorofteICHfrmework.issuseafurthoted toconceptualambiguitiesinacademicwiting，publiccommunication，andpolicymplementation.Basedonprinciplesofteology formation，thispapercriticallyexaminesthemisuseof“feiyicultureandproposes normativesrategiestoregulateitsusage.OureffortsaimtoenhanethstandardiationofICH-relatedterminologyandupholdtheprecisinandefectivenessofteprofesioalter minological system.
