Abstract： With theadvancement of modernresearch in traditional Chinese medicine （TCM），manyemerging terms havegradualy enterediterationalmedicalexchanges.Thesenewtermscabecategorizedintotwogroups：thosethathavenotyetbeenstandardized andnedurgentestablishmentofstandards，andthosethatarealreadystandardizedbutnotwidelyadopted，whichrequireeanced promotion.These terms includebothTCMandnon-TCMteminology（suchasWestern medicine，biology），and itisessentialtofocus onaccuracyandconsistencyintranslation.Tisarticleaalyzstypicaltraslationissesandpropossrcommendations，clungac celeratingthetablisentofnteatioaladardsfotmolog，rengthingteromotioofistigstadard， andencouragingresearchandinnovativetranslationofnewterms toenhancetheinfluenceofTCMintheglobalmedicalcomunity.
