Abstract：Tisaperoutlinestheevolutionofteconceptofmedicallunspecifieddisease（MUD），itslinicalmanifestations，and diagnosticchallenges.Italsoanalysteoleofmodetechologiesinadresingsuchconditionsandexploresthkeyoleof geeral medicineinmanagingUD.Withtheintegrationofenomics，ulti-omicsaalysisndartificialintelligence，teagosisad managementof MUDare expected toseesignificantimprovements.Furthermore，thispaper proposes anintegratedmanagementmodel fromtheperspectiveofgeneralmedicineandprovidesanoutlookonfutureesearchdirectionsandtepotentialfortechnologicalte gration.Ultimately，themanagementofMUDnotonlyrequirescomprehensiveclinicaldecision-makingbutalsothesupportfrompolicies and public health systems，thereby driving further advancements and reforms in the healthcare system.
