一起射频转接电缆屏蔽层断裂故障分析

摘 要：针对某型航空装备一起射频转接电缆屏蔽层断裂故障，通过分析可能的原因，采取宏观检查、微观检查以及失效分析等分析手段，确定了故障发生的根本原因，增加了电缆的修理深度，在一定程度上消除了质量隐患，保证了装备质量。

Analysis of a Rupture Fault in the Shielding Layer of a RF Transfer Cable

Abstract：In response to the rupture of the shielding layer of a certain type of aviation equipment's RF adapter cable，the root cause of the failure was determined through analysis of possible causes，including macroscopic inspection，microscopic inspection，and failure analysis.This increased the depth of cable repair，eliminated quality hazards to a certain extent，and ensured equipment quality.
