教师视角下高校教学督导实效性探究
——以J市3所高校为例
摘 要 高校内部开展的教学督导源于教育行政部门的教育督导,是高校教学质量保障体系的重要组成部分。文章通过对J市3所高校一线教师的实证研究,对当前高校教学督导实效性方面存在的问题进行分析,并对提升高校教学督导实效性的具体策略进行研究。

Exploring the Effectiveness of Teaching Supervision in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Teachers
——Taking three universities in J city as an example

Abstract The teaching supervision carried out within universities originates from the educational supervision of the education administrative department and is an important component of the university's teaching quality assurance system. The article conducts empirical research on teachers in three universities in J city, analyzes the existing problems in the effectiveness of current university teaching supervision, and studies specific strategies to improve the effectiveness of university teaching supervision.
