“五育并举”视域下高职院校医学生劳动教育路径研究

摘 要 劳动教育具有树德、增智、强体、育美的综合育人价值。文章围绕“五育并举”教育理念,深入分析了高职院校医学生劳动教育在实施中出现的边缘化、片面化和功利化问题,并从把握育人导向、遵循育人规律、构建育人矩阵等方面提出切实可行的劳动教育路径,以期为高职院校医学生劳动教育改革提供参考。

Research on the Path of Labor Education for Medical Students in Vocational

Colleges from the Perspective of "Five Educations Simultaneously"

Abstract Labor education has the comprehensive educational value of cultivating morality, increasing intelligence, strengthening physical fitness, and nurturing beauty. The article focuses on the educational concept of "five educations simultaneously" and deeply analyzes the marginalization, one sidedness, and utilitarianism issues in the implementation of labor education for medical students in vocational colleges. It proposes practical and feasible labor education paths from the aspects of grasping the orientation of education, following the laws of education, and constructing an education matrix, in order to provide reference for the reform of labor education for medical students in vocational colleges.
