Abstract：Weldingisanimportantprocessinthemanufacturingofsteelgirdersforbridges，anditsqualityisdirectly relatedtotherliabityandservicelifeofsteelbridges.Itisnecessarytoestablishaweldinggroupcontrolsystemtostrengthen thecontrolofthe welding process.Throughremotemonitoringandrecordingofwelding processparametersof steelboxgirderin twoplaces，real-timeacquisition，display，overlimitalarm，networkcommunicationandotherfunctionsofweldingcurrentand voltageuringweldingprocessarerealized，andthedataarerecordedandtracedhistorically.Throughthedigitalmonitoringof weldingprocess，thepurposeofstandardizingweldingoperationprocessisachieved，theintegrityandtraceabilityofwelding processareensured，thedataaccumulationforweldingprocessanalysisisprovided，andthemanagementlevelof welding construction is improved.
