Abstract:WiththedevelopmentofTheTimes，people'srequirementsforarchitecturecontinuetoimprove,fromthe traditionaleconomicandpracticalgradualltohigh-qualitygreendevelopment.Thecommonlyusedbuildingenergysaving measureshavebeenunable to meettherequirementsof today'ssociety.Therefore,thispaper takestheprojectasanexample, adoptstheresearchmethodof combining theoryandpractice,discusesandanalyzes thespecificmeasuresofbuildingenergy conservationmeasuresfromtheprofesionalaspect,andtheesearchshowsthattheseveralbuildingenergyconservationmeasures proposedinthispaperplayanimportantguidingworkfortheactualbuildingenergyconservationimplementation.Residential buildings，asoneoftheimportantareasofenergyconsumptionandcarbonemisions，canhelpimplementeveryenergy-saving measure in thewhole life cycle,and truly realize the green development of the building industry.
