基于置信度估计的GPS轨迹拟合方法研究

Abstract:WiththewidespreadapplicationofGPStechnologyinmodernlife,itisparticularlyimportanttoaccurately estimatetheconfidenceofGPSdataandachievehigh-qualitytrajectoryfiting.Thisresearchproposesamethodthatcombines GPSconfidenceevaluationwithdynamictrajectoryfiting.Trough hierarchical processng,directioncoectionandpolyomial fitingofGPSdatatheacuracyandrobustnessoftrajectoryfitingaresignificantlyimproved.Researchshowsthatthismethod canefectivelyreducepositioningerrorscausedbyvehiclestandstll,signalolusionandmultipathefectsincomplex environments.Inthe experiment,theroot-mean-square error(RMSE)of the fiting curve was reduced by 15% ,while the accuracy of trajectory matching was increased from 91.1% to 93.02% ,reflecting the superiority of this method in terms of accuracyandcalculationeficiency.Thisachievementprovidesstrongsupprtforappicationsinfieldssuchasinteligent transportation,autonomous driving and high-precision map construction.
