Abstract:Inorder toimprovethesafetyand working effciencyoftransformertesting,thispaperdesignsand studiesatest equipmentsystembasedonelectricliftinginsulatingrods.Thesystemconsistsofanelectriclftinginsulatingrod,asapdevice andamobilefixedbase,aiming tosolvetheproblemsofcomplexoperation,lowfciencyandporstabityoftraditional equipment.Theelectricliftinginsulatingroduseselectricdrivingfrictionwheelstoachievepreciseexpansionandcontractionof therodbody,whichhashighliftingeficiencyandloadcapacity;thebuckledeviceoptimizesthestructuraldesigntoensurethe stabilityoftestsignaltransmissonandthedurabilityoflong-termuse;themobilefixedbaseisequippedwithalocking universalwhel,whichsignificantlyimprovestheportabilityoftheequipmentandstabilityinhigh-voltagetests.Through performancetestingandpracticalapplicationverification,theresultsshowthatthesystemperformswellintermsoflifting efciency,loadcaryingcapacityandoverallstability,whilereducingthelaborintensityofoperators,andhaswideapplication prospects.Theresearchinthispaperprovidesimportanttechnicalsupportfortheoptimizationandinovationoftransformertest equipment,and provides a moreeficientand safe solution for test operations in high-voltage environments.
