Abstract：Inorder toimprovethesafetyand working effciencyoftransformertesting，thispaperdesignsand studiesatest equipmentsystembasedonelectricliftinginsulatingrods.Thesystemconsistsofanelectriclftinginsulatingrod，asapdevice andamobilefixedbase，aiming tosolvetheproblemsofcomplexoperation，lowfciencyandporstabityoftraditional equipment.Theelectricliftinginsulatingroduseselectricdrivingfrictionwheelstoachievepreciseexpansionandcontractionof therodbody，whichhashighliftingeficiencyandloadcapacity;thebuckledeviceoptimizesthestructuraldesigntoensurethe stabilityoftestsignaltransmissonandthedurabilityoflong-termuse；themobilefixedbaseisequippedwithalocking universalwhel，whichsignificantlyimprovestheportabilityoftheequipmentandstabilityinhigh-voltagetests.Through performancetestingandpracticalapplicationverification，theresultsshowthatthesystemperformswellintermsoflifting efciency，loadcaryingcapacityandoverallstability，whilereducingthelaborintensityofoperators，andhaswideapplication prospects.Theresearchinthispaperprovidesimportanttechnicalsupportfortheoptimizationandinovationoftransformertest equipment，and provides a moreeficientand safe solution for test operations in high-voltage environments.
