Abstract:Thispaperdesignsandimplementsaninsulatedrodinteligentcantileverplatformbasedonmulti-sensorfusion andadaptiveadjustmenttosolvetheperformancelimitationsoftradionalplatformsincomplexdynamicenvironments.The systemusesmulti-modalsensorssuchasLiDAR,visionsensorsandinertial measurementunitstobuildasensing network,and usestheextendedKalmanfiteralgorithmtodynamicallfusemulti-sourcedataefectivelyimprovingthesensingacuracyof the workingenvironmentAtthecontrollevelanadaptiveadjustmentstrategybasedonthecombinationoffuzzcontrolanddeep reinforcementlearningisproposedtoachieverapidresponseandlong-termoptimizationoftheplatformtoexteraldisturbances. Experimentalandsimulationresultsshowthatthedesignedsmartcantileverplatformissignificantlysuperiortotraditional methodsintermsofenvironmentperception,controlacuracyandenergyconsumptioneficiencyprovidingareferenceforthe development of smart power equipment.
