变温条件下钞钴永磁体损耗特性测量与仿真分析

Abstract:Inordertoexplore theeffectof temperatureontheAClossof samariumcobaltpermanentmagnets,atest system wasestablishedtoverifytheAClossofsamariumcobaltpermanentmagnetsatdiferenttemperaturesandfrequencies.Thetest resultsshowthattherearediferencesintheAClossofsamarium-cobaltpermanentmagnetsunderdiferenttemperatureand frequency conditions. When the frequency exceeds 500Hz ,the AC loss of samarium-cobalt permanent magnet shows a linear increasetrendwiththeincreaseof temperature.Then,thefiniteelementmodelofpermanentmagnetwasconstructedbyusingthe simulationsoftwareAnsysMaxwelltoexploretheinfluenceoftemperaturechangeonremanenceandcoercivity.Thesimulation resultsshowthatwiththeincreaseof temperature,theremanenceof permanentmagnetdecreasesandthecoercivitydecreases.
