Abstract：Taking XiaozhazaFormationlandslideinXuere Villgeasanexample，theanalysismethodoflandslidestabilityis exploredandthetreatmentplanisputforwardThetypicalsectionisselectedandtheverticalsectionmethodisusedto calculate the stability coefficient under three conditions：natural state（dead weight only），dead weight + rainstorm and dead weight + earthquake.Theresultsshowthatthelandslideisintheunderstableandunstablestateundertheconditionof dead weight + heavyrainfall，andtheslopecollapserisk ishighafter heavyrainfall，which needs tobetreatedintime.Combined with the sitesurveydataandlandslide stabilityanalysis，the treatmentplanof "anti-slide front pile + crack sealing"was finally determined.Arowofanti-slidepileslabwallwassetonthelandslidefront，andthecrackwasflledwithquicklimeandclay mixture and rammed in layers to ensure the stability oflandslide.
