Abstract： The seepage prevention of embankments in Dongting Lakearea is animportant measure to ensure the safetyof regionalfloodcotrolInngineingcostructio，traditioalpagepreventiometodsareftendificultoadaptuetooplex geologysoitiypantteloologieproepgeretodbitisdou onthedepsandandpebblelayerunique toDongting Lake，andimprovestheseepagepreventioneficiencyof theembankment throughheapplicationofpulsatinggroutingtechnologyandimprovedcuringagent.Acording tothegeologicalcharacteristicsof DongtingLakearea，thegrouting processparameterswereoptimized，andtheefectof thenewcuringagentwastestedtostrengthen theimpermeabilityandstabityoftheembankmentstructure.Theinnovationofthisstudyliesinthecombinationofpulsating groutingtechnologyandspecialcuringagent，whichprovidesanewsolutiontotheproblemofseepagepreventionofembankmentsin Dongting Lake and similar geological environments，which has important theoretical and practical value.
