Multi-authority attribute-based security solution for policy renewability in cloud healthcare environments

Abstract:Inthecloud medicalenvironment,medicaldata stored inthecloud has problems likeeasy privacyleakageand high cost of acesspolicyupdates.Toaddresstheseproblems,this paper proposedamulti-authorityatribute-basedsecurityscheme withupdatablepolicies.Theproposedschemewasbasedonmultipleauthoritativeinstitutionssuchashospitalsandresearch institutes,hich manageddisjointatributests.Itencrypteddatausingaciphertext-olicyatribute-basedencryptionapproach, enabling fine-grainedaccessandsecuresharingof medicaldatainthecloud.Theschemeintroduced policyupdate keystofficientlyupdate access policies withlowoverhead.Securityanalysisand experimental resultsshowthatthe scheme has ciphertext indistinguishabilitysecurityandanti-conspiracyatacksecurity,ndhaslowtimeoverheadinencryption,decryptionandpolicy update,effectivelyrealizing the secure storage of medical data in thecloud and dynamic policy update.
