Abstract:Insoftware crowdsourcing,selecting unsuitable workersoftenleads to task failureandreducedsatisfactionamong task publishers.Toaddress theseissues,this studyproposedasoftwarecrowdsourcing workerselectionmodel thatintegrated workercapabilityand worker-task matching.The modelconsistedof acapabilityassessment model basedonlinear programmingand TOPSIS,and a worker-task matching model based on matching functionlearning.Experiments were conductedon a real-worldcrowdsourcingdatasetcomprising9450tasks,8747workers,and98940bidingrecords.Theresultsdemonstrate thattheproposedmodel significantlyimproves task publishersatisfactionandoutperforms baseline modelsinmetricssuchas top-hAccandMRR.Thisstudyhighlights theefectivenessof integratingcapabilityandmatchabilityfor workerselectionand provides a novel approach to enhancing task allocation mechanisms in software crowdsourcing platforms.
