Time-sensitive network traffic scheduling based on adaptive differential evolution algorithm

Abstract:Toensure the deterministictransmissonof time-sensitive traffcin TSN,thispaper proposedatraffcscheduling method basedontheadaptivediferentialevolutionalgorithm.Itintroducedthelink-balanceconstraintcondition.Wheninitializingthepopulation,itmonitoredthelinkcongestionsituationtoselectpaths.Themethodadjustedparametersthroughthe adaptivealgorithm tojointlyoptimizepath selectionandtrafficscheduling,achievingtheminimizationof thescheduling completiontime.Experimentalresultsverifiytheefectivenessofthealgorithm.Comparedwithmultiplealgorithms,under different scale traffic,the average scheduling completion time decreasesby 10%~25% .Meanwhile,it improves the network resource utilization. The algorithm shows good adaptability and robustness.
