Abstract：Inordertodeplyexploretheoleofsientificandtechologicalinnovationinsupportingtheconstructionofanagiculural powerhouseanditsimprovementpaths，theinteallogicbetwnscientificandtechnolgicalinnovationandtheconsructioofnagriculturalpowerhousewasexploredfromthreedimensions：Theory，istory，andreality.Thisrevealedthefundamentalandcrucial roleofscientiandtechnologicalinnovationinthconstructioofanagriculturalpowerouseOntebasisofdrawingonthesietificand techologicaldevelopmentxperiencesofinternationalagiculturalpowerhouses，thesientificconnotationofsientificand technologicalinovationsupportingtheconstructionofanagriculturalpowerhousewasclarified.Onthisbasis，practicalpathforscienceandtechnologytosupporthecostructionofanagriculturalpowerhousewereproposed，focusingosixaspets：Ehancingthe overalfficecyofglturalsietificndtlogicalioatioelatingtocuptionofhigontsinglalsienceandtechnolog，strengtheningtetamofgiculturalinovationtalents，ystematicallaingoutsietficndthologicalinovationplatfos，aceleratingtetrasformationofgiculturalsientificndthologicalinnovationacievements，ndtgt ening the support and guarantee for encouraging innovation.
