Analysis of endophytic fungal diversity of Centella asiatica of Guangxi

Abstract：Inordertoinvestigatethedistributionofendopyticfungiintherots，stemsandleavesofCentellasiatica（L.）Urban， thecompositionofendophyticfungi groupsofCentellasiaticainGuangxiwasanalyed.HealthyCentellasiaticaspecimenswerecollectedfromsixdistinctregionsinGuangxi，ncludingLiuzou，Qinzou，Beihai，Guilin，HezhoundBaiseities，folowedbydo phyticfungalisolationfromtheirroot，stem，andleaftissues.Theendophyticfungiwereidentfiedbycombining morphologicaland molecularbiologicalmethods，followedbydiversityanalysis.Theresultsshowdthatatotalof114endophticfungalstrainsweeiso lated，belongingtoplum，3classes，9orders，2fmilies，and17genera，withtetaxonomicstatusof1geusreminigudetermined.ThegeneraColetotricumandDiaporthewereidentifidastedominantendohtcfungiinCentellasiatica.Thedopt icfungidiversityofCentellasiaticaindiferntregionswassgnificantlydiferent.TheendohicfungiinGuilinCityndLuzou City were themostabundant，andtheendopyticfungiinBeihai CityandQinzhouCitywere the mostsimilar，folowedbyGuilinCity andLiuzhouCity.Throughcomparativeanalysis，itwasfoundthatheendophyticfungiinrootshadthehighestabundance，andthe similaritycoeficientofendophticfungiinstemsandlavesasthehighest.ThefindingsindicatedthatCentellasiaticinGuangxi exhibitedhighdiversityandrelativelyunifordistributionofendophyticfungi，withbothgrowthnvironmentandplantisuetypesignificantly influencing their community composition and diversity.
