Application of the MCLP-CC model in the optimization of vilage layout in Changyuan City

Abstract：Thesudiedbectastooptimizthespatiallayoutofvllagesandimprovetheaceibilityandequalizationofruralpublicservices in Changyuan City，Henna Province.Byintroducing thecompensatorycoverage tomaximumcoveragelocationproblem （MCLP-CC）model，comprehensivelyconsideringtheservicescopeanddemandofvarious typesofpublicservicefacilies，andcombiningwiththeroadnetworkdatasetofChangyuanCity，amathematicalmodelofvilagespatiallayoutotimizationwasconstructed. TheMCLP-CCmodelwasdesignedindetail toensurethatthemodelcouldaccuratelyreflecttheactualsituation.Theresults found thattheurrentspatiallayoutofvllagesinChangyuanCityhadteproblemofunequalcoverageofpublicservicefcites.fterte optimizationofMCLP-CCmodel，thecoverageofpublicservicefacilitiesinvillageswassignificantlyimproved，andthequalization ofrural public services was effectively improved.
