Abstract：Siliconisoneoftheimportantnutrientsthatpromotethegrowthanddevelopmentofrice.Itcannotonlypromotericegrowth anddevelopment，butalsoimprovethephotosyntheticeficiency，yieldandqualityofice，andenhancetheresistancetodisease， pestndstressofrice.Thesourcsof slconmutants，typesofilionmutants，accumulationanddistributioofiliconinice，psiologicalandmolecularmechanismsofsiliconaccumulationmutants，andtheroleofriceighsiliconaccumulationmutantswrecomprehensively analyzed，in order to provide a theoretical basis for future research on silicon mutants in rice.
