Research on the influencing factors of rural shareholding economic cooperative development based on rooted theory

Abstract：Afterthereformofthepropertyrightssystem，anewcollctiveeconomicorganizationformofruralshareholdingeconomic cooperativeswasford，utthedevelopmentofruralsareholdingeconomiccooperativeswasotgood.Tereforeitwasofgeaig nificancetoexploretheinfluencingfactorsofthedevelopmentofruralshareholdingeconomiccooperativestosolvetedevelopntdilemma.TakingChangshanziTown，Midong District，UrumqiCityasanexample，12vilages wererandomlyselectedtoconductsemi openinterviewswiththeboardofdirectors，boardofsupervisorsandmainresponsiblepersonsofjoint-stockeconomiccooperatives， andNvivo12.Owasusedtoanalyzetheinterviewdatatoxploretheinfluencingfactorsofthedevelopmentofruralshareholdingeco nomiccooperativesBasedoteootedtory，4initialconepts，Oiitialcategories，3maincategorisndcorecategorywere obtained，andtheesultssowedtattedevelomentofuraljointstockeconoicoopeativesasaftedbytejoictioofoperationandmanagement，participants，policyenvironmentsandotherfactors，sotheabove treeaspectswereanalyzedandcorresponding countermeasures were put forward.
