地方高校汉语言文学专业应用型人才培养模式探索与实践
——以湖南人文科技学院“三能四驱五评价”模式为例

Abstract:Atpresent,therearesomeproblemsinthedevelopmentofChineselanguageandliteratureinlocaluniversities. Manypeoplelackcorrectunderstandingofitstargetpositioning.Teachers'teachingmethodsaretraditionalandsingle.Students professionalcoreaccomplishment,aplicationabilityandpracticalinnovationabilityareotoutstanding.Inviewofthissituation, thispaperanalyzesandstudies,andputs forwardconcretesolutionsandconstructionmeasures toimprovethe levelofuning scholandthequalityofpersonneltrainingofChineselanguageandlieraturespecialty.TheChineseLanguageandLiterature majorof Hunan UniversityofHumanitiesandScienceandTechnologyhasputforwardthe"three-ability,four-driveandfive evaluation"aplication-orientedtalenttrainingmodebasedontheactualrunningofthemajor.Afteryearsofexploratioand practice,ithasachievedtheexpectededucationefectandgoodsocialresponse.Relevantexperiencehasbenusedforreference by some colleges and universities.
