Abstract：Thecourseof"HealthPolicyand ManagementProgress"，asagraduateprogramin health management， comprehensivelyenhancesthetheoreticalandpracticalcapabilitiesofprofessionals.Focusingontheadvancementofhealthpolicy knowledge，skills，andqualitythecourseaimstocultivatetalentswhometthedemandsoftheinformationmanagementeraand adapttothenewhealtcarereforms.Thesetalentsarecapableofconductinganalysis，research，development，argumentation， implementation，andevaluationofhealthpolicies，contributingtothehigh-qualitydevelopmentofthehealthmanagement profession.ThisstudyexploredtheoverviewandobjectivesoftheHealtholicyandManagementProgresscourse，elucidatingand summarizingthecourseconstructionandimplementationsystemfromsixaspects：teachingdesign，content，strategies，resources， ideologicalandpoliticaleducationandevaluation.Itprovidesareferenceforotherinstitutionsandholdssignificantiportance fornurturing health management professionals in the context of the new era.
