交叉学科研究生培养与改革探索
——以先进装备工程与技术为例

Abstract:Nowadays,thesocietyfacedproblemsarebecomingmoreandmorecomplicated,anditisdificulttoffectively andindependentlysolvethembyusingtheknowledgeofasinglediscipline.Therefore,thereisanurgentneedfor interdisciplinaryalentsnditisurgenttotraingaduatesudentswiththeablittosolecomplexproblemsinrossdisciples. Thispaperfirstanalyzesthecommonproblemsinthecourseseting,researchdirectionandtopicselectioninthecurrentproce of interdisciplinarygraduatetraining;Then,takingthenational"doublefirst-class"disciplineofadvancedequipmentginring andtechnologyofHebei UniversityofTechnologyasanexample,thispaperputsforwardsomemeasuresforthetrainingand reformofcross-disciplinarygraduatestudents,includingoptimzingtheteachingmodeandcurculumsetingofcossdisciplinary graduatestudentsandtakingtheconstructiondirectionof"doublefist-lasscros-disciplinaryasthetraiingdiretionof cross-disciplinarygadatestudents.Theestablishmentofhigh-levelinterdisciplinarytutorteams,interdisciplinaryplatforsand graduatestudentstrainingprojectsprovidesexcellntcariersforinterdisciplinaryintegrationandexploresacompositegaduate trainingmodelthatadaptstothenedsoftodayssocialdevelopment.Ithasimportantreferencevalueandsignfcancefor promotingthedevelopmentof interdisciplinarygraduateeducationandimprovingthequalityof interdisciplinarytalenttraining.
