Abstract：HorticulturalPlantTissue CultureisacrucialcorecourseoferedbythehorticulturaldepartmentatYangtze NormalUniversity.Inthebackgroundofconstructingnewagriculturalsciences，theproblemsandshortcomingsinvolvedinthe teachingprocessofthiscoursewereanalyzed.Andthesereformmeasureswereproposedtostimulatestudents‘interestin leamingandimprovethecourseinnovationandpracticalityincludingupdatingtheteachingcontent，optimizingthetheoretical and practical hours for the course，adopting a hybrid "online + offline" teaching method，and playing the role of students in scientificresearchforteaching，aswellasexploringthepracticeteachingofschol-enterpriseintegration.Thestudyprovidesa reference forcultivating the high-level，innovative andcomposite excelent talents inagriculture and forestry.
