Abstract:Digitalizationofeducationisanimportantpartofaccelerating theconstructionofaneducationpowerhouse. Realizingflippdclasroomsandactivelypromotinginovationinstudent-centeredteachingmodelsarekeyissuesfacinghigher educatioreform.ManagementCommunicationisacoursethatemphasizespracticalityandapplicabilityItsteachingohjectiveis toequipstudentswiththeabiltytoapplyrelevantcommunicationknowledgeforindependentthinkingandproblem-solving,in linewiththecultivationgoalofapplication-orientedtalentsinthecontextof"newbusiness".Thisstudyfocusesontheability requirementsoftheindustryandsocietyforprofessionaltalentcultivation.Takingthe"ManagementCommunication"courseat ZhejiangUniversityofFinanceandEconomicsasanexample,basedonconstructivisttheoryandtheSOAPlearningmodel,this studyexploresthereformandpracticeofflippedclasroomteaching basedontheembeddingofmultipleteachingmethods, promoting the improvement of talent cultivation quality in the context of the new business school.
