Abstract： This paper deals withthereformsand practices onthe materialsselection，teaching content，and teaching methodsof thephysicalpropertyanalysisandon-destructivetestingcoursebasedontheconceptofproject-basedteachingmethodThisarticle elaboratesontheapplicationofproject-basedteachingmethodintheteachingofphysicalpropertyanalysisandnon-destructive testing courses，explorestherelevantisuesthatneedtobepaidatention toandsolvedinproject-basedteachingincourseteaching summariestheadvantagesofproject-basedteachingmethodincultivatingstudentsvariousabiliesincourseteachingandthe requirementsofteachers'ownknowledgelevelstructure.Throughtheimplementationofthenewproject-basedteachingmethod，the mutualcoordinationofknowledgetransmision，abilitycultivationndvalueguidanceforstudentscanbeachievedinthecourse teaching processand then providing certain ideas and references for the construction of other practical courses.
