Abstract：Theneweraofinformatizationhasfacilitatedtheriseofblendedteaching.Atpresent，theresearchonblended teachingmainlyfocusesonthecomparisonbetweenclasroomteachingandonlineteaching，noresearchhasbeendoneto exploretheefectofblendedteachingfromtheperspectiveofthelearner，aswellasthecutivationofcreativethinkingand inovativespiritintheteachingsesion.Forthepurposeofhybridteaching，wetaketheMicroalgaeBiotechnologycoursefor undergraduatesinbiotechnologyastheexample，buildinnovativetalentcultivationmodearoundthecultivationofinovative consciousnessandresearchliteracyofundergraduates，andexploreanefectivehybridteachingsystemtoachievethegoalof cultivating innovative talents urgently needed in the field of biotechnology.
