Abstract:Inresponsetothenewrequirementsbroughtaboutbythechangeoftalenttrainingobjectivesunderthenew situation,thispaperanalyzesseveralissuesthateedtobeurgentlyaddressedintheteachingofcommunicationprinciples.From thefouraspectsofteachingontent,teachingode,aessmentmethod,andteachingresouces,itforsa"fou-inoneblended curriculum systemof integratingcasestudieswith principles,complementingonlineandoflinelearning,accuratelydiagnosingand teaching,andsupportingteachingwiththree-dimensionalresources.Italsoproposesorganizationalformsandimplementation strategiesforblendedteachingofcommunicationprinciples,integrationofknowledgesystems,flippdclasroombasedongroup presentation,andexploratorystyleguidedbyinstructors,aswellasasesmentdesignschemes.Theexperienceofcurrculum reform and construction isof great significance for other professonal background courses.
