[Abstract]Teacherprofessonalidentityiselated toteachers'senseofprofessionalburnout,professonalachievement, andteacher turnoverratein their work,and the profesional identityof physical educationteachersduring the early stages of their employment plays a decisive role in their entire career planning.Through the analysis of the characteristics of newly appointed physical education teachers' profesional identity in primary and secondary schools in Zhejiang Province,itcanbeconluded thatthelevelof profesionalidentityofnewlyappointed physical education teachers in Zhejiang Province is relatively high,and overalltends to be positive.The ranking of career identityscores from high to lowis:valueidentitybilityidentity,ontiuityidentitymotionalidentityndinvestmentidentity.Maletaces have higher professional identity scores than female teachers,and urban teachers'professional identity scoresare significantlyigherthanthoseofruralteachers.Variablessuchaseducationbackground,profesionalbackground,and class hours have no significant impact on professional identity.
