新时代我国社区体育组织发展策略研究

[Abstract] To promote thehigh-qualitydevelopmentof community sports organizations in the new era，this research takes Nanyang Cityasanexample，starting fromthetypes and characteristicsof communitysportsorganizations，explores the core issues of the development of community sports organizations in the new era，and proposes development strategies for community sports organizations in the new era. The research finds that although community sports organizations in Nanyang Cityhave fomeda diversifed patternof governmentled，privateself-nitiated，andshool enterprise cooperativetypes，theystilface problems suchasunbalancedresourceallocation，insuffient organizational management eficiency，and mismatch between residents' demands and supplies. Therefore，this research proposes development strategies for resource integration and precise alocation，enhancing organizational management eficiency， and optimizing demand-oriented innovative service contents，and thereby asisting urban modernizationconstruction.
